​Heidrun MAIER-DE KRUIJFF, Secretary General of VÖWG (Association of Public Services and Public Enterprises of Austria) – CIRIEC-Austria
Graduated in Law and Political Science from the University of Vienna, Heidrun Maier - de Kruijff began her career as a legal specialist in commercial law. From 2004 to 2009, she held the position of Director of Hannes Swoboda's Office in the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, in charge of the energy sector and foreign policy. Since 2010, she has been Secretary General of the Association of Public Services, Cooperatives and Public Enterprises Austria (VÖWG), Austrian Section of CIRIEC. She is also a member of the CEEP (European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services and Services of general interest), and CEDEC (European Federation of Local Energy Companies
