​Juan Fernando ÁLVAREZ, Professor at the Pontifical Javeriana University, Bogota; CIRIEC-Colombia)
Juan Fernando Álvarez is graduated in Economics and he is specialized in social evaluation of projects at the Universidad de los Andes. He also has a Master's degree in Social Economy from the Universitat de Barcelona. He holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from the Universidad de Lisboa.
He is currently Professor of the Department of Rural and Regional Development of the Faculty of Environmental and Rural Studies of the Pontifical Javeriana University. He is also Director of the contribution " Transforming Organizational Ecosystem" of the same Faculty and researcher of the Institutionality and Rural Development Group. In addition, he is President of the Scientific Committee of CIRIEC Colombia.
